My Path
My path to gestalt therapy began with an introduction to Zen Buddhism, existentialism, and body work. Through these I discovered new ways to understand myself through the connection between body and mind, as well as exploring my boundaries in relationships with others.
Today I use all of this experience in my work with clients, helping them to free themselves from many symptoms of anxiety and, as a result, begin to live a full life.
